Our client, renowned chef, Dario de Angeli, approcahed us to rennovate two old restaurant spaces, in the vibrant suburb of Parkhurst, into a new space for his latest endeavour, Est Est Alea. The brief was focused on modern minimalism, but we brought warmth to the space through light industrial touches inspired by the rich history of the surrounding area. 

The Result

The space clearly achieves a modern minimalist look, but through the upcycling of old bricks and steel material discovered during demolitions, we were able to bring the warmth required for such a fine dining establishment. Original artworks by local and international artists complete the space and provide a sense of establishment and grace.
