Interior Design / FF&E
We design thoughtful, high-impact spaces that feel as good as they look. From layout and lighting to materials and mood, every element is carefully considered and cohesively brought together.
Our service includes everything from concept design to technical documentation, giving your architect or builder clear direction—and ensuring every detail is beautifully executed.
When your project calls for something truly one-of-a-kind, we also design custom furniture and joinery tailored specifically to your space. From hand-drawn concepts to final installation, we oversee the entire process.
This service includes all your soft finishes, furniture, décor, window treatments, wall finishes, kitchens, BIC’s and decorative lighting.
Architectural Design
Interior architecture is the design and detailing of all hard finishes, including special features, floor, wall and ceiling designs, entrances, facades, lighting, staircases and other structural aspects.
We provide detailed FF&E specifications, construction and manufacturing documentation as well as council documents where required.
Project Costing & Procurement
Once the design is approved, we move into budgeting and sourcing. We prepare a detailed cost estimate by requesting supplier quotes and pricing all hard and soft finishes, furniture, fittings, and décor.
Once budgets are signed off, we handle the full procurement process—sourcing, ordering, tracking, and coordinating deliveries. Our established relationships with trusted suppliers help ensure both quality and reliability.
Project Management & Fit-Out
We manage the full implementation of your project, coordinating with contractors, overseeing timelines, and resolving issues as they arise. Once the build is complete, we install all furniture and décor, complete final styling, and prepare the space for handover.
The result? A cohesive, ready-to-use space delivered with care, precision, and minimal stress on your side.

Identifying Your Needs
The first stage in the design cycle is to understand the client’s needs. Give us a call or send us a mail and let’s discuss what your requirements are and how best we can serve you.

Project Definition
We then use the information gathered to develop a concise brief, taking into account all the project particulars and evaluating any constraints. Thereafter, we will submit a proposal outlining the project details and motivating the intended design direction.

Design
On approval the design process begins with the concept development and project cost estimation. The client’s feedback during the review process is used to further develop the design, refine the specifications and formalise the scope of work and costs involved.
04.
Implementation
Once the design has been finalised, all drawings and specifications are issued for procurement and construction. We also offer a turnkey solution, assisting with the procurement, project management, shopfitting and construction services all the way through to final handover.
