Interior architecture is the design and detailing of all hard finishes, including special features, floor, wall and ceiling designs, entrances, facades, lighting, staircases and other structural aspects. We provide detailed FF&E specifications, construction and manufacturing documentation as well as council documents where required.

Identifying Your Needs
The first stage in the design cycle is to understand the client’s needs. Give us a call or send us a mail and let’s discuss what your requirements are and how best we can serve you.
We then use the information gathered to develop a concise brief, taking into account all the project particulars and evaluating any constraints. Thereafter, we will submit a proposal outlining the project details and motivating the intended design direction.
On approval the design process begins with the concept development and project cost estimation. The client’s feedback during the review process is used to further develop the design, refine the specifications and formalise the scope of work and costs involved.
Once the design has been finalised, all drawings and specifications are issued for procurement and construction. We also offer a turnkey solution, assisting with the procurement, project management, shopfitting and construction services all the way through to final handover.
